​The purpose of this forum is to provide a safe and healthy space for women from all walks of life, from all backgrounds, all nationality to share, care, support, learn, grow, rise above  and become physically strong,  emotionally resilient and spiritually uplifted. The Women's Forum is based on the teachings of our Vedic scriptures like Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam and many others.
